AIR LIVING – REACHING

Jesus said:

‘Go into all the world and make disciples of all nations.’

– Matthew 28:19-20

Reaching connecting, engaging and sharing the gospel of Jesus with the unchurched and unsaved in not just a good suggestion, rather it was a mandate or a direction that Jesus have his disciples. This tells us that in order for us to become a disciple of Jesus, we in fact need to be making other disciples.

Often people encounter Christ through being invited to church. Other times we need to take Christ into peoples world. You have been placed in different spheres of influence such as healthcare, education, politics, news and media, sports and arts and therefore you are able to reach the world in ways that other can’t through everyday relationship and discipleship.

One of the other ways you can reach our community is through our ‘Doors and Windows’ team. This team quite literally walk the streets in small groups and knock on the doors and windows of homes and invite families to church.
